Elle pr\u00e9pare actuellement son BTM (Brevet Technique des M\u00e9tiers) \u00e0 l\u2019Antenne CMA de Saint-Saulve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:57px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<div style=\"height:135px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Je fais partie de l\u2019ancienne g\u00e9n\u00e9ration o\u00f9 c\u2019\u00e9taient les parents qui d\u00e9cidaient \u00e0 notre place. De fil en aiguille, elle d\u00e9couvre la pratique du cake design et d\u00e9cide alors de passer son <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cma-hautsdefrance.fr\/metiers-de-bouche\/formation-patissier\/#cap-patissier\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\" class=\"rank-math-link\">CAP p\u00e2tisserie<\/a> en candidat libre :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:11px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"has-text-align-center has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#f6bf39\"><em>\u00ab Je m\u2019entra\u00eenais tous les dimanches dans ma cuisine <\/em><br><em>et me documentais \u00e9norm\u00e9ment \u00bb.<\/em><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:9px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">Plus que jamais d\u00e9termin\u00e9e apr\u00e8s l\u2019obtention de ce dernier, <strong>elle int\u00e8gre finalement le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cma-hautsdefrance.fr\/antenne-formation-entreprises-saint-saulve\/\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\" class=\"rank-math-link\">centre de formation de Saint-Saulve<\/a> pour poursuivre son cursus.<\/strong> Au d\u00e9part en parall\u00e8le de son activit\u00e9 de kin\u00e9, elle parvient ensuite \u00e0 se consacrer exclusivement \u00e0 son nouveau projet professionnel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:7px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"has-text-align-center has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#f6bf39\"><em>\u00ab Depuis cette ann\u00e9e, je peux me concentrer \u00e0 100% sur<br>mon dipl\u00f4me gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la CMA qui m\u2019a permis d\u2019effectuer<br>une partie de mon BTM en apprentissage. On nous facilite<br>vraiment les choses, je n\u2019ai eu aucune difficult\u00e9 <\/em><br><em>\u00e0 trouver une entreprise \u00bb.<\/em><\/h5>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">Apr\u00e8s l\u2019obtention de son BTM, Vanessa souhaite atteindre le plus haut niveau de dipl\u00f4me de la profession. <strong>Son objectif ?
