mai, nous avons accueilli <strong>le 1er atelier [MIAM] sur le d\u00e9partement du Pas-de-Calais.<\/strong> Le chef Tony DETANT a accompagn\u00e9 les salari\u00e9s de la Fromagerie \u00ab\u00a0Philippe OLIVIER\u00a0\u00bb et son dirigeant Romain OLIVIER lors de cet atelier culinaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\"><strong>Au menu : pav\u00e9 de saumon au sabl\u00e9 de Wissant, et confit de l\u00e9gumes.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">La pr\u00e9paration du repas, encadr\u00e9e par le chef cuisinier Tony DETANT, a \u00e9t\u00e9 assur\u00e9e par <strong>2<sup>e<\/sup> ann\u00e9e de CAP Employ\u00e9 de vente <\/strong><br><strong>sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9, option vente de produits alimentaires<\/strong> se sont <br>mobilis\u00e9.e.s en faveur de deux actions de solidarit\u00e9.<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u00c9lo\u00efse, Mathilde, Axelle, Emeline et L\u00e9a<\/strong>, ont mis en place <br>un projet de <strong>vente de sandwichs<\/strong> au sein de l&rsquo;Antenne <br>Entreprises et Formation de B\u00e9thune, et ce fut un franc succ\u00e8s ! <br>Elles ont ainsi r\u00e9colt\u00e9 pr\u00e8s de 500 \u20ac qui seront redistribu\u00e9s <br><strong>au profit de la SPA de B\u00e9thune.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h5 class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\"><strong>Julien, Justine, Laura et Sarah<\/strong> ont, quant \u00e0 eux, <strong>vendu <\/strong><br><strong>des viennoiseries et pr\u00e9par\u00e9 caf\u00e9 et chocolat chaud<\/strong> aux apprenants <br>de l&rsquo;Antenne de B\u00e9thune pendant les pauses d\u2019intercours le mardi 20 avril. L\u2019objectif ? R\u00e9colter des fonds afin de <strong>soutenir l\u2019association \u00ab\u00a0Un grand OUI pour LOUIS\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong> dans le but d\u2019acheter un v\u00e9lo adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 un enfant en situation de handicap.
