L\u2019occasion pour les coll\u00e9giens et lyc\u00e9ens de d\u00e9couvrir les diff\u00e9rents m\u00e9tiers de l\u2019artisanat.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:42px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">Durant cette semaine d\u00e9di\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019apprentissage dans l\u2019artisanat, plusieurs actions se sont organis\u00e9es dans toutes nos antennes CMA de la R\u00e9gion Hauts-de-France.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">L\u2019objectif ?<strong> Faire rayonner l\u2019apprentissage et les m\u00e9tiers de l\u2019artisanat pour faire na\u00eetre des futurs artisans passionn\u00e9s.<\/strong>Avec <strong>250 m\u00e9tiers passionnants<\/strong>, le secteur de l\u2019artisanat occupe une place importante sur le march\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi. De l\u2019automobile \u00e0 la coiffure, en passant par la boulangerie, la restauration, les m\u00e9tiers d\u2019arts, l\u2019esth\u00e9tique ou encore la fleuristerie, la CMA forme <strong>plus de 16 000 apprenants <\/strong>chaque \u00e0 ann\u00e9e \u00e0 ces m\u00e9tiers de proximit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:52px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"800\" height=\"800\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cma-hautsdefrance.fr\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/alternance.png\" alt=\"apprentissage\" class=\"wp-image-8092\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"800\" height=\"800\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cma-hautsdefrance.fr\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/table-ronde-caudry.png\" alt=\"apprentissage\" class=\"wp-image-8093\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"800\" height=\"800\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cma-hautsdefrance.fr\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/ssna.png\" alt=\"apprentissage\" class=\"wp-image-8094\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">CAP, Brevet Professionnel, BTS, Certificat de Comp\u00e9tences Professionnelles\u2026 <strong>la CMA Hauts-de-France propose des dizaines de formations dans toute la r\u00e9gion Hauts-de-France. <\/strong>Tout au long de cette semaine, les participants ont rencontr\u00e9 les collaborateurs, les apprentis, les artisans du r\u00e9seau CMA dans nos diff\u00e9rentes antennes !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:85px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Un programme riche en d\u00e9couverte<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la mobilisation de plusieurs intervenants, une quarantaine de temps forts ont \u00e9t\u00e9 programm\u00e9s pour permettre aux participants de d\u00e9couvrir les diff\u00e9rents m\u00e9tiers, savoir-faire et les formations adapt\u00e9es \u00e0 leurs ambitions.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:24px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">Pendant ces quelques jours, les visiteurs ont rencontr\u00e9 des <strong>professionnels de la p\u00e2tisserie, la coiffure, le commerce, la photographie, l\u2019automobile, la beaut\u00e9, l\u2019optique, l\u2019esth\u00e9tique, la fleuristerie, la cordonnerie, la mar\u00e9chalerie,&nbsp; la boulangerie ainsi que la proth\u00e8se dentaire.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">Ces diff\u00e9rents m\u00e9tiers \u00e9taient pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s au travers de <strong>t\u00e9moignages, d\u2019expositions, d\u2019ateliers, de conf\u00e9rences, de tables rondes, de visites, ou encore de d\u00e9monstrations d\u2019experts<\/strong>. L\u2019ouverture de la 4\u00e8me \u00e9dition a d\u00e9but\u00e9 par une allocution du Pr\u00e9sident de la CMA Hauts-de-France, Laurent Rigaud, puis s\u2019est suivie d\u2019une visite des locaux du si\u00e8ge r\u00e9gional de Lille.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:46px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex professionnelles \u2026<\/em> <em>J\u2019ai commenc\u00e9 les concours avec mon patron, j\u2019ai fait les s\u00e9lections MAF d\u00e9partementale et je suis arriv\u00e9 premier, ensuite j\u2019ai fait les R\u00e9gionales et je suis arriv\u00e9 aussi premier et dixi\u00e8me pour les Nationales <\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:34px\" aria-hidden=\"true\"
