La premi\u00e8re Convention Formation r\u00e9unissant l\u2019ensemble des collaborateurs de la CMA s&#8217;est tenue le 18 d\u00e9cembre 2018. L\u2019objectif \u00e9tait de pr\u00e9senter la r\u00e9forme, rassurer, accompagner et donner de l&#8217;\u00e9lan \u00e0 nos changements de mod\u00e8les \u00e0 venir.<\/p>\n<p>Dans cette continuit\u00e9, les 17, 18 et 19 d\u00e9cembre 2019, se sont d\u00e9roul\u00e9es des journ\u00e9es p\u00e9dagogiques avec plus de 300 enseignants au rendez-vous ! Deux grandes th\u00e9matiques ont \u00e9t\u00e9 abord\u00e9es :<strong> revisiter les fondamentaux de la p\u00e9dagogie de l\u2019alternance particuli\u00e8rement ses outils au regard des enjeux actuels et modulariser l\u2019ensemble des formations afin de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 la r\u00e9forme et \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9volution du monde de la formation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Depuis, ont vu le jour, la <strong>FOAD<\/strong> (Formation Ouverte A Distance), l\u2019<strong>AFEST<\/strong> (Action de Formation En Situation de Travail), la digitalisation des formations, des classes d\u00e9di\u00e9es <strong>Renault<\/strong> \u00e0 <a title=\"Acc\u00e9dez \u00e0 la page antenne de Saint-Saulve !\" href=\"https:\/\/www.cma-hautsdefrance.fr\/antenne-formation-entreprises-saint-saulve\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Saint-Saulve<\/a>, Amiens et Arras pour des formations sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es sur les nouveaux v\u00e9hicules de la marque, des classes d\u00e9di\u00e9es <strong>Norauto<\/strong>, une classe d\u00e9di\u00e9e au<strong> BP VOG Coiffure<\/strong> \u00e0 <a title=\"Acc\u00e9dez \u00e0 la page antenne de Tourcoing le Virolois !\" href=\"https:\/\/www.cma-hautsdefrance.fr\/antenne-formation-entreprises-tourcoing-le-virolois\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Tourcoing le Virolois<\/a>. Ce maillage nous permet de construire notre r\u00e9seau et contribue \u00e0 la mise en emploi rapide.
