Quand la convivialit\u00e9 et la transmission des connaissances ont pour terrain de jeu un support p\u00e9dagogique vivant ! Les cuisines, les ruches, le potager et le futur poulailler favorisent l\u2019\u00e9change entre un public divers (scolaires, particuliers, artisans, formateurs, demandeurs d\u2019emploi\u2026) et tous les acteurs de la fili\u00e8re alimentaire (experts, \u00e9quipementiers, partenaires, fournisseurs, producteurs, nutritionnistes, associations\u2026).<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 noter, le lancement du premier <strong><em>&#8220;Chef sur le Campus&#8221;<\/em><\/strong> \u00e0 destination des \u00e9tudiants de l\u2019<strong>Universit\u00e9 Catholique de Lille campus Yncr\u00e9a<\/strong> qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 organis\u00e9 le jeudi 19 novembre 2020 avec le soutien de la <strong>Fondation pour l&#8217;Innovation et la Transmission du Go\u00fbt<\/strong>. 170 \u00e9tudiants en provenance de 6 \u00e9coles ont r\u00e9pondu pr\u00e9sent (<strong>ISEG, groupe JUNIA (ISA et HEI), la Catho, ISTC et ESTICE<\/strong>).
