Notre groupe \u00e9tait constitu\u00e9 de 12 apprentis des m\u00e9tiers de la boulangerie &#8211; p\u00e2tisserie et de la coiffure. Tous les frais ont \u00e9t\u00e9 pris en charge : trajet en avion, d\u00e9placements locaux, h\u00e9bergement, visites et restauration. Nous avons \u00e9t\u00e9 log\u00e9s dans une auberge de jeunesse.<\/p>\n<p>Deux professeurs de notre CFA nous ont accompagn\u00e9s. J\u2019ai \u00e9t\u00e9 int\u00e9gr\u00e9 dans une boulangerie o\u00f9 j\u2019ai d\u00e9couvert des pains, des farines et des produits de boulangerie diff\u00e9rents, avec plus de sucre et de friture.
